Sorry, my original post was worded poorly. I included Michigan because it was being discussed, but it really could be any of the states listed as being part of a tri-state area. I don't have any particularly strong leanings towards any state, though.

Trying not to flood, but really guys, Ann Arbor is not a harbor, thats all that was said, as a reference to the previous ID clue, but the sassy still could go to UMich, but be from somewhere with a harbor...
EDIT: and yeah, I feel like that and I'm an officer myself alex...

As it turns out, hippo's head was actually a basketball, and hippo's body was a bunch of wadded up clothes. hippo wasn't in the tent nor anywhere else Chi and Name searched during the remainder of the day.
hippo9 has not been seen since (i.e. is probably dead).

My old list of suspects had exactly 10 people of which Mr. Shoemonster and daydreamer's name was first mentioned. (The other 8 we're in a old suspect post) Searching through posts that mentioned their name, things2do said that Mr. Shoemonster was homeschooled, and a homeschooled team did not make nats in Tennessee.
Therefore I accuse daydreamer because of the reason above.
