Region 12 is this weekend - I'm looking forward to it! It was incredibly closely contested last year, and it looks to be similarly close this year. Should be fun!

I'm not even going to try to make predictions - I learned long ago that I am always wrong

I will say that I was surprised by the relatively low performance of West Ottawa and Plymouth Christian this year at invitationals. GR Christian wasn't great either. We will see how it goes.

Yeah, it's all possible. But last year West Ottawa got 7th at the Allendale Invitational and we thought GR Christian was beatable. Then they got 3rd and 1st, respectively. I think John's predictions are good, considering the region's history.

I think so as well, although I won't be surprised with almost any result. I do think it is highly likely that the usual 6 teams will go to States. I think it's likely that Jenison gets that 7th spot.

I certainly think Grand Haven is (as always) the favorite, but I think any of the top few teams really have a chance if all goes well. We will see.
