Re: Remote Sensing
Can you get to the Mentor Invitational site? That's where I got this one: http://www.mentorhigh.com/scienceolympi ... 20Sensing/

Re: Remote Sensing
So, my partner and I have taken some practice tests and all. The thing is with the "cheat sheet" what kind of information are you guys adding to it? And I'm assuming your all typing it, front and back right?
I just don't know what to expect on the State test, because I've taken a test that's completely based off of satellite information, and another that was based completely off of global warming and the environment. Quite honestly I'm hoping of the latter.
Also, what would we need statistics for in a test?

Re: Remote Sensing
This test could give you an idea of what might be on the test: http://www.mentorhigh.com/scienceolympi ... 20Sensing/
And yes, it's the same one I had put up before.

Re: Remote Sensing

It's pretty much a sphere, but a little flatter on one axis and fatter on the opposite axis. Like the Earth.

Re: Remote Sensing
Okay, so I just got back from Regionals and I definitley was prepared for everything except the math. What level of math do we need to be fluent with for Remote Sensing, exactly? And what formulas would it be good to know?

Re: Remote Sensing
What kinds of math did you get? It depends on who writes the test as to how in depth the statistical analysis goes, so it would probably be good to know some statistics.
