I don't know about the tests in other areas, but the test was really easy at the invitational i went to. It was easier than earth science in 8th grade, even though this is C division! Different types of volcanoes (based on slope and size), tectonic plate boundaries, and drawing a rather general diagram. Regionals and states will probably be harder though. (I hope! that test was PATHETIC.)

Has a lot of stuff, and types of volcanoes and their eruption types. The eruption types also go into detail.

If you go to your library, check out "Volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis" in the "teach yourself" series. It has a picture of a volcano reflecting in water. Around page 6 or so, there it stuff on tectonics and minerals.

What's SDSU. I googled it and it's a college. Why would a college matter?

Drawing a diagram of what? A volcano?
Was it a topographic map like it says in the rules or just a sketch of a volcano with a bunch of features
