Read the rules. They describe the entire thing. Or go to the wiki...that will describe it in general as well.
Actually, if you had even read the thread you would probably have a pretty good idea.
It involves launching an egg on top of a rocket powered by water and compressed air ("water rocket" or "bottle rocket") and getting the egg to return safely to the ground while staying aloft the longest.

this event is starting to pigeon me off. i used to do Bottle Rockets in Div B, but I'm slowly finding that this event is sorta different. the egg presents a huge dilemma, in terms of spacing. 1 liter bottles dont help either

Does anyone have any design ideas for how to build their egg-o-naut? How will you be-able to get it to detach?
This is a great year because I will beat Owen and Saad in Egg-O-Naut and the New York Jets are a playoff team this year because Brett Farve is the Best Quarterback on the Earth. 7-3. Better and better every week. The Yankees are getting C.C. Sabbathia.

The word gravity isn't enough help to design a whole rocket.
