The material on the tests isn't hard - it's the way the questions are asked that are.
For example...?

ACT is so much more clear and straightforward.

That said, I've never understood the "it's the way the questions are worded" argument. I mean.. it's a bunch of multiple choice questions. Read what they ask for, and then pick the one that you think gives them what they want. Not complicated... The only thing that could be semi-complicated is analogies, and they took those off the test now, so it doesn't even matter.

Yup, twice. Got a 34 both times which was good enough for me.

I loved the ACT (overstatement, I don't love any standardized test). It was easy to understand and comprehend, and I never was unclear as to what was being asked.

SAT dances around the actual point, and has more garbage in it. I don't like the English SAT sections but I didn't mind the ACT ones. The ACT was so much more clear than the SAT, in which it seemed there could be two answers (but only one best answer).

Two of my friends are like, geniuses. One of them for 2000 and the other got 2010. They go to SciO at a different school.
And we're not even in high school yet xD
GRACIE! *glompify*

Yeah, I'm the "genius" who made a 2010 in seventh grade, but I think my ego deflated after seeing everyone else's scores. :( Gracie and I are both going to CTY LAN this year, if anyone else here is.

Math: 670 (don't laugh >_<)

I still don't understand. What is the actual point of a reading passage? What is considered "garbage"?

Gracie: Yes! +10ego points :3

I got a Duke TIP invite and took the ACT instead. I got a 29 composite which is a 1933 for SAT. I dunno if that's good. :D
