It is a mineral because it looks rather uniform in "clast" size. I would say it's either trigonal or hexagonal.

Is it a sedimentary rock?

I think its igneous because it looks like at least two minerals glued together sort of like granite(except that would be 3)

Yes! It is dunite, a member of the peridotite family. It is igneous (I figured it out by seeing so much olivine in it, and since olivine is really only present in the early members of the Bowen's RXN series, I assumed it was igneous).
