states with more teams have 2 and small states have 1 and CA has 1 from a south and 1 from a north state competitiontying15 wrote:How many teams are going to Nationals per state for the B section?
Good job on going to nationals! Florida's one of my favorite states.bookluvr-yoyo39 wrote:From Florida:

2nd:Orlando Science Middle
Div C:West Boca Raton High School(1st)
A maybe for Archimedean Upper Conservatory....
that shows every team 1 in bottle rocketstarpug wrote:old wrote:The scores posted online ->http://www.norcalscienceolympiad.com/20 ... 0Sheet.pdf show Churchill winning by 18, but Arden has a 22nd in Battery Buggy and Bottle Rocket doesn't have any results entered (I dunno if they ran it or not).calliekernick wrote:
I was at the NorCal SO, with a high school (C division) but I saw a final score sheet that showed that Arden and Churchill actually tied when the score was rechecked. Somehow an early score sheet showed Arden being second tiered in something when in fact they were not. I think the team with the most gold medals wins if there is a tie, I guess Churchill got more golds then Arden? I believe there is some mechanism for two teams to go to Nats in a case where there is no clear winner, maybe we will see both Arden and Churchill at Nationals (the more the merrier)!
CA sends one in both division from NoCal and SoCal... 2 teams from each and 4 total like all other big "# of teams" statesTheGenius wrote:I think twelve(ish) states send two teams, unless you count California which is split into two "states", with each one being able to send two.
