Eventually it can be yes. Its pretty much based on luck, but putting in more into each may get you certain benefits nearing end game.

And here is the hard clue. There are three parts. Dont come to me with the answer to one part, but you must find them all. I personally believe this is pretty hard, but you know what your looking for, so just google and research...Also, these questions are cumulative. Find the first one before the second, and so on. This will really help you, as the questions get vaguer as they go.
