So, today I come to band class and see someone wearing a Saints shirt. He's never worn a Saints shirt ever before as far as I know, so of course I go right in and call him a fair-weather fan. His argument was that he used to live in Louisiana. Take two things into consideration and make your decision: One, he's never before announced to anyone that he's a Saints fan before they won the championship game yesterday. Two, the shirt he's wearing is a current shirt, not from a few years ago like it would be if he had gotten when he lived in Louisiana. So: Fair-weather fan or no?

So. McNabb trade.

I'm not sure if it was a good idea. I mean, draft picks are not much considering how good of a player McNabb is. But they do need to initiate Kolb if he's the future starter, and he did do well filling in for McNabb last season. I do wish, however, that they would've sent him to a different divison at least. Oh well, I suppose now there's going to be interesting Eagles-Redskins games for once.

New NFL Schedule came out just under a half-hour ago, how does everyone like how their team's shapes up? I know I was shocked to see the Chiefs' first game a Monday-nighter, part of double-header at 10:15 ET. Later, we get to play the Rams... I'm excited for that one. Hello, governor's cup.
