So humid air isn't saturated air, just air with a lot of water molecules in it?
And on a lot of websites I see them talk about air's ability to hold water. So they are all wrong, or just not wording it correctly?

I did have a guide from the last time SO used everyday weather and I think they said air can hold moisture. It depends on how you interpret moisture. 100% humidity is when air holds as much moisture as it possibly can. Does that make sense, or am I wrong?

Yah that has to do with Dewpoint. When the dewpoint and the temperature are equal, you have 100% relitive humidity.

I am not sure I understand exactly what they are asking us to do in this event...Can anyone give us some pointers??

Here's a breakdown of all the event catagories:
Study events: You study the specific topic, then go take a test. The person with the highest score is the winner.
Lab events: Similar to study events, but you usualy have a hands-on activity as well. Not quite as easy as just studying a topic.
Building events: Build a contraption or device to complete a task (i.e. right stuff; build a plane to fly. the longest plane flight is the winner.)

This is a study event, and this year's topic is everday weather, so you study everyday weather. When in doubt, check the [wiki][/wiki]. The [wiki][/wiki] is the depository of all knowledge. If you are still unsure, read the entire thread. Most likely someone has had the same problem before you.

This event is Based off the study of weather that you see and interact with on a daily like fronts, clouds and forcasting.
Start off by reading through the rules and than read the Everyday Weather Wiki and that should get you started

I have to disagree with that. Answering questions is very different than doing a lab activity. I don't think you could fairly compare their difficulty. Lab events almost never have questions that are as numerous or as intensive as study events. Plus, some people may find lab activities easier than answering questions, while others find them harder.

but then again look at some of the events under the "Lab Event" topic: Diesese detectives (all questions), Shock Value (has questions). I said similar, you still have to study, but its more hands-on. you don't have to "study" for building events, and if you do, its at a minimum level.
