I don't know. I'd estimate 70% chance, based on historical event supervisor changes in that rotation between years of the same event occasionally happening.

They usually release around April 1st

I thought they release it on April 1st along with the number of bids/state. I thought they just label teams as PA #1 and PA #2 or TX, for example.

No, we haven't gotten the number of bids for our state yet. I believe they will be coming out on Monday.

The only things that will most likely change would be Tennesse or Missouri getting a second bid for B

I'm not sure about div B but I agree that there probably won't be changes for div C. From the several state websites that have published team registration counts (namely GA and TX), the numbers suggest that the second bid states will stay the same.
