yeah i agree. Everybody on the gelinas team is a hardworker, but our coach manages to pick who he thinks deserves it. yeah true.gneissisnice wrote:Its not necessarily those who work hardest on their events, but those who work hardest in managing the team. A lot of work goes into trying to keep everything together, and it helps if a coach can pick a couple of captains to help him out.
