I think there usually is. Having 5 event slots also just makes it less likely that the events you want to do will conflict - if you do, idk, 3 events, it's more probable that they'll all be in different time slots if there are 5 possible time slots. It says on the website that "Deailed Schedule Posted Soon After Last Event is Announced" (with the typo in "detailed") and the last event was announced, so....
