Sadly, yes. CPS is taking their time with making announcements. But I'm more worried about some other things that our district hasn't announced yet. The district hasn't made any announcement on selective enrollment high schools. I'm starting to worry about my high school applications right now, because the whole application process got messed up since we haven't taken our standardized tests, and if we can't take our protored tests in the winter, the district will... Yeah. I'm lucky not to have to go through the high school application process - and I'm lucky that my local high school(s) offer a challenging curriculum that many non-specialized/non-magnet public schools don't offer.
