I accuse SiegeLord because of the Russian connection, and primarily the M1A1 whatever tank that he has just switched his avatar to, because he is a mod and as intelligent as the assassinator, because he would be radical enough to switch the rules like this, and because he would also be radical enough to try to kill a fellow mod.
