Re: What is the Hardest State to Compete in?
I would say the top 5 are, in no particular order, OH, PA, MI, CA, and NY.

Re: What is the Hardest State to Compete in?
If your only talking getting first, C division PA and SCA are by far the hardest. Troy domintates Southern Cal, and Harriton got a 65 in PA, beating out 2nd placed Penncrest (who got top 10 at nats last year) by about 70 points. If your talking about making nats, then deffinately Ohio for C

Re: What is the Hardest State to Compete in?
New York would have to go in that catagory too. Its its almost impossible to get first cause F-M domintaes(i don't know much about SoCal but Its probobly similar to Troy's domination)haven chuck wrote:If your only talking getting first, C division PA and SCA are by far the hardest. Re: What is the Hardest State to Compete in?
it is the hardest, can u go to nationals ever if you always are beat by the same team...fmtiger124 wrote:yea if that was the case ny could be the hardest by a ton the state competition is basically for second because f-m wins like every year and by a lotEASTstroudsburg13 wrote:How does that signify "hardest"? If there's only one good team that doesn't mean anything. A state's strength comes from how many good teams.f-equals-ma wrote:dude... socal is the hardest state hands down.
2009 difference between 1st and 2nd was more than the total score of the first.
1st beat 2nd by 106 points; 70-176
a case can be made for NY anyway because of shear number of teams and good teams

CA, MI, NY, Penn, and OH are probably the top 5EASTstroudsburg13 wrote:I would say NJ would be anywhere from 6th to 9th, as TX, MA, IN, IL, and GA also have to be considered, as well as some other states.

Re: What is the Hardest State to Compete in?
absolutely true I really dont think the top 5 can be contested but..ordering them would be a problem and finding a #6 would tooEASTstroudsburg13 wrote:I had posted pretty much the same thing before on the 5th page:EASTstroudsburg13 wrote:I would say the top 5 are, in no particular order, OH, PA, MI, CA, and NY.
