just a question: for strath haven, is there any specific reason for you guys feeling that you might not do as well as last year? just wondering...

I think Strath Haven will do decently, but I don't think they have any shot at one of the nationals spots. I will say that sadly, I don't think Welsh Valley will be a factor this year - I think they'll be happy to make top ten. BC, on the other hand, will still be competitive I think.

The rankings I had posted on the Pennsylvania 2009 forum before are:

1. Sewickley
2. Bala Cynwyd
3. Shady Side
4. Strath Haven
5. Welsh Valley
6. Stroudsburg
7. J.T. Lambert
8. Greater Nanticoke
9. Unami
10. Wyoming Area

...but they could be much different. The only ones I'm remotely confident on are the top 3.

how do you know that Shady Side couldn't get 2nd?

I don't, I just think that BC is a touch better.

again, 15 days till states... maybe we could possibly stop guessing for a couple days or some

division b goes up to 9th grade (but there can only be 5 per team)
