Pretty sure the arrow had no meaning, so that means the doll is insignificant to solving the clue.

The arrow served to first kill the sassy, unsuccessfully, and then for defense...
It could just be a user from that state, or an officer that might be close to finding the sassy. I think the first choice is correct, however.

Ok well in the next day I'm busy and I think the Rhode Island thing is correct (Although a little obvious) so I am going to protect QuantumLeaper.

Well, yeah, but the Sassy isn't gonna get a random obscure user. I suspect a red herring.

Actually, an obscure, but easy to find user, like this one it seems, would be better for the sassy, their only motovation in this game is to kill, so they get a kill either way, but the chances of us protecting them are a whole lot less.
