My my Holmes, I am beginning to think that you are not the great mind that many say you are. You have successfully protected frogzorz, however, again your reasoning was lacking its usual strength. I expected better from you.

Regrettably your protection had the desired effect and my bullet was unable to find its target. I was waiting for him to take his usual afternoon walk and prepared to make a house call when he did not appear. You can imagine my surprise to find his house surrounded by Lestrade's men.

This failure has allowed me to learn one very important bit of knowledge. I now understand how the police protect a potential victim. And let me tell you, their protection is not the best when the evidence is circumstancial. I feel that if you continue to bring such weak evidence to the police about potential targets, Lestrade and the rest of London's finest will begin to view you as a crackpot and their protection will become minimal. Therefore I suggest you take a bit more care in solving the clues from now on, so that I do not manage to slip through later on.
