I randomly go about identifying birds, trees and bugs (Over on that flagpole in front of us, there's a Say's Phoebe; it's right by that American Larch in front of the Cedar, and hiding around the wild mustard are a million bumblebees.)
Also, I know approximately 91 U.S. Senators, so whatever.

Bugs aren't for science Olympiad, but for the dreaded Bug Project at school.tuftedtitmouse12 wrote:lol thats hilarious!PacificGoldenPlover wrote:I randomly go about identifying birds, trees and bugs (Over on that flagpole in front of us, there's a Say's Phoebe; it's right by that American Larch in front of the Cedar, and hiding around the wild mustard are a million bumblebees.)

I asked my swim coach today whether it was my infraspinatus muscle that was so sore from the push-ups that I couldn't even lift it up...they looked at me weirdly

I just spent the last 2 and a half hours of my life watching the Scripps national spelling bee and trying to spell the words (and failing).

I use the Pythagorean Theorem to solve problems in math class even though it is part of the curriculum of the grade two years ahead (and I don't get why). I wonder why the state thinks it's so hard.
