Re: The Amazing Race
This is disappointing. It's your choice, of course, but we've worked hard on this. I've got to go to school soon too, but I want to see this through. It shouldn't take too long, some of the clues recently were a bit on the hard side but it's not that bad. It should take you a half-hour to an hour a day, tops. Besides, many schools don't give much homework the first week or two. We're trying to get this finished before then, and the faster you solve the clues, the faster we can finish this up.

Re: The Amazing Race
I'm staying in, but I just hope there isn't a lot of legs during this coming week, as I'm visiting my grandparents (I'll have computer access though).

Re: The Amazing Race

As soon as zyzzyva gets back, we will discuss getting leg 4 underway, and what to do about the missing players. However, this should take care of both the leg 2 elimination and the leg 3 elimination, so we should be able to start tomorrow.
As the number of competitors goes down, each leg should go a little faster.

Re: The Amazing Race
its not that my school gives lots of homework in the first week (which it actually does), it is more that I have been procrastinating on my large amount of summer homework

Re: The Amazing Race
A new leg starts on this day... Only 7 competitors remain, and by the end of the leg, even less.
As the clues get steadily more abstract, you will have to think harder and harder.
We apologize for the wait, but today, break time is over. Leg 4 has begun.
I will start sending out clues shortly. Remember that person who checked in first will receive their clue first. lllazar and doctor have been automatically advanced to this leg. However, because they did not finish the legs they were on, they will receive very large penalties that will be extremely difficult to make up.
Good luck!

Re: The Amazing Race
fmtiger124 has expressed an interest in this game, and at the same time my coach has expressed an interest in dropping out to prepare for the school year. Here's what's going to happen: fmtiger124 will start at the beginning of the race but will only need to complete half of the clues. Once he reaches leg four, he will take my coach's spot. This will still put him in danger of elimination.

Re: The Amazing Race
For the record, the answer to the first puzzle is NOT Niagara Falls. Please stop guessing that. Thank you.
