The 2011 bird list is here. And guess what, it is identical to last year's list. Now if only SOinc would ship out the rules too. It is pretty unusual for an ID list to come out before the rules are available.

I think so- Paradox said the list was identical.

Yes, they are. The only thing that changed was the year (2010–>2011), plus a very minor formatting change. If you look carefully, some of the birds don't line up with the old list.
