The first signature quote "we can only do small things" is almost this one from Mother Teresa - "Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love."
The second is kind of a distortion from Lisa Gardner - "There are things that once done can’t be undone, things that once said can’t be unsaid."

The vibe I'm getting from the extra hints is either a) they feel bad that we're blundering around with a long string of gibberish or b) they think this clue is Too Cool to Not Be Solved. The fifth dimension is known in some circles as a tessaract if you're the kind of kid who read A Wrinkle in Time.

I'm not sure what dimensional analysis could mean, honestly - are there units in here? (Sorry sassies I can feel you facepalming...)
