I started attending church. The messages make sense now.
God’s not done with me.
I give God thanks for one more day.
The walk sign flicks on. I begin crossing the street.
my Scars have been healed.
God is my Way Maker.
About halfway across the crosswalk, I hear the screeching of tires.

I also noticed that the "m" in my is the only letter that isn't capitalized at the beginning of a line, although that could be just a typographical error.
Theyre all references to christian songs.
