I am complete. Jesus has saved me from my sin. I am here walking down the sidewalk listening to my mp3. A cool breeze glances across my neck. I wonder why people choose not to live their lives with joy.
I started attending church. The messages make sense now.
God’s not done with me.
I give God thanks for one more day.
The walk sign flicks on. I begin crossing the street.
my Scars have been healed.
God is my Way Maker.
About halfway across the crosswalk, I hear the screeching of tires.
Comatose.

I don't know if it's relevant, but the word "comatose" seems to be stuck out on its own and to have been selected for a reason. Comatose is a studio album by Skillet, a Christian Rock band, and it was released on October 3rd, 2006. Here's the Wikipedia page about it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comatose_(album).
I also noticed that the "m" in my is the only letter that isn't capitalized at the beginning of a line, although that could be just a typographical error.

I doubt it's a typo; they wouldn't have left the m lowercase while capitalizing the S, unless it's some biblical allusion or some other reference that I just don't understand (or just a clue lol)

Theyre all references to christian songs. Scars, way maker, and gods not done with me yet are all christian songs (I havent checked, but i assume the rest of the lines have references to songs too) The capitalization i think was to just put emphasis on the song title references.
Im pretty sure its either tails or benny because they both had mentioned most of these songs in the “put your playlist on shuffle” thread (which the sassy alludes to by mentioning an mp3 player.)
