ipv6 is 16 bits, perhaps we need to combine the two 8 bit ones we have to make it a 16 bit address?

Okay so I inputted 192.111.151.118 into wolfram alpha and got Rochester, NY. Isn't that where Giantpants is from?

Giantpants is from NY, but not from Rochester.
