wow your school is really good at blocking websites- mine didn't block club penguin yet (hopefully never blocks it)
also I´ve been noticing weird things about the time, is all time synced to a certain areas time or is particular to every user´s area?

As far as I know, the time is synced with the time zone you set in your board preferences, which by default is UTC+00:00 (I believe). If you're getting absurdly early/late times, that's probably why. (Of course, the admins may be messing with stuff behind the scenes that makes it weird, but I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.)
EDIT: (just in case you weren't aware: UTC+00:00 is Greenwich, England time)
