Well I guess we read too deeply into the Kennedy part. Pretty clever what the sassy did with indirectly killing JoeyC, I guess the location was the main clue there.

The major event of 1923 relating to Hollywood was the creation of Warner Bros. Studios in Hollywood. In other news, King Tut's burial chamber was opened, the country of Turkey was formed, Hitler had his Beer Hall Putsch, the Irish Civil War ended, and the Great Kanto Earthquake occurred in Japan.
