Div B?
If you've gone for the last 9 years, I'm pretty sure that's a good thing :D

Who are the good schools in MI in Div B?
I never really noticed them, other than White Pines (or White Lakes, don't know their name, but it's White Something)

most of the good Div B teams are largely going to be the same as the Good Div C school's, So like Grand Haven, Plymouth Christian, Grandville, Jenison, West Ottawa all have good teams for both div B & C. Then it also varies by year its hard to guess what teams are going to be good every year, their will always be a surprise team that will make it into top 10 that no one would have guessed.

My school has gone to States 9 years [Manistee HS and MS] but at the this year at the High School it is going to be a close regional, because their is a small portion of our team that has regular practices that are ready for Regional’s, I believe we still have enough to win but it will be a lot closer than I would like it to be.

Not really...
Couple cases in point:
1. Troy HS... the middle school Boulan owns regionals every year, but then failz states... While Troy is set to make nats this year...
2. My school, Troy Athens... the middle school FAILS (it's been to states twice in the last 15 years, the only 2 years I was on that team...) but the high school goes like every year (although we never make nats)

Or maybe the city of Troy just has problems...

their is only 252 hrs until my regionals and there are many people on my team are not even done building for their events does anyone else have teammates that act as deadweight at times by not doing anything constructive?

I think everyone on my team does a decent job of doing at least a decent job. It's generally the best we could supply with a few exceptions.

@winneratlife Did you go to Baker? I think IAE has a decent chance of going to states this year ^_^ (not bad for a team with only freshmen and sophomores), but to do so would be to replace Athens..Beating IA Central and Troy (especially Troy) are reaches for now...

I am! I was at Lainsburg, Hudson invitational for B and also Allendale. Our Regionals is March 28th or something like that. It's so soon and the team is quite good, although a few events could use some work (meteorolgy and road scholar and possible Science Crime Busters) I am nervous because I think that one of those is going to fail and we are not going to make it to states despite having an awesome team. I think we will be fine though....

Controlling bugs and nightbirds with the history of a shrine maiden and magician who killed the lunar rabbit to get to the nurse of the lunar princess to hold her for ransom to the Fujiwara Phoenix

Meh you go to IA East...
Which means you're odds are you're one of these people:
Nabiha Hashmi
Saara Mohammed
Michelle Lu
Rohan Panda
Catherine Chang
Michael Radke
Sabari Surendran
Amna Ali
Leena Raza
Diksha Ratnam
Helen Zhou
Shivani Porandla
Sarrateja
And don't ask where I got your A-team list ;)
I fully intend to obliterate you guys (sorry, just the way things are; I hate IAE after it robbed a good 25% of my friends)...

Anyways, I went to Larson...
And you can probably find my name, if you really wanted...
I basically owned all things academic last year there...
Go ask anyone who went to Larson or anyone who was in MathCounts last year...

Region 6 regionals tomorrow! Wish me luck!

And good luck to yogi84 and Justine!

You might want to recalculate your odds because I am not on that list and half those people aren't on the A-team anymore.

Second of all, bring it on =)

Good luck to you too!
