I suspect bandwagon is part of the clue. My suspects to that end up being Alex-RCHS and Unome simply by association to recent comments on bandwagoning and then anyone for Mason maybe... (Mason bandwagon anyone?) Also judging by the use of XD I suspect a frequent IRC user.

At this point most of the suspects for sassy are IRC frequenters, correct me if I'm wrong.

There are also mentions of mosquitoes and lack of food which can lead to disease detective...? So, maybe the target can be someone who does rocks and minerals and disease detective...? Or maybe an ID clue...?
