Gibbs Free Energy is Div C only, I haven't seen it on any Div B tests.

Gibbs free is pretty easy. Just include a table denoting what happens for each temperature-enthalpy scenario.

B-divisioners aren't tested on enthalpy or entropy so I don't think it's really applicable anyway

Does anyone know what a good Total Score would be? I was thinking maybe around mid 70's is competitive? But I'm not sure.

Depends on which test you're taking
Everything is relative to the specific competition you're at. It's not like a build where you know what good scores are.

Does each graph/chart have to contain different independent and dependent variables or can each have Temperature vs. Time?

All of mine are temp vs time and I have gotten full points

Isn't time and temperature the independent and dependent variables? For me, I just use temperature over time and get full point for it, so you should be fine with just Temp vs. Time.
