For Division C it could (should) be. Division B, probably not.
That would explain why i've never seen it, I guess.

Gibbs Free Energy is Div C only, I haven't seen it on any Div B tests.

Gibbs free is pretty easy. Just include a table denoting what happens for each temperature-enthalpy scenario.

B-divisioners aren't tested on enthalpy or entropy so I don't think it's really applicable anyway

Does anyone know what a good Total Score would be? I was thinking maybe around mid 70's is competitive? But I'm not sure.

Depends on which test you're taking

Everything is relative to the specific competition you're at. It's not like a build where you know what good scores are.

Does each graph/chart have to contain different independent and dependent variables or can each have Temperature vs. Time?
The biologist speculates, "What's the meaning of life?"
The physicist asks, "In the universe, does matter really matter?"
The chemist replies, "I shall find solutions to both questions."

All of mine are temp vs time and I have gotten full points

Isn't time and temperature the independent and dependent variables? For me, I just use temperature over time and get full point for it, so you should be fine with just Temp vs. Time.
Keep on going :)
