I tried solving the clue, and all I got was phi and psi. Titus, Philemon (8 letter word), Hebrews. 1, 2, 3 of that word is Phi. The home of Eastern Michigan University is Ypsilanti. 2, 3, 4 is psi. Does 'Phipsi' mean anything to you guys ? Open to suggestions. I'll protect pb5754[] because I have no better ideas.
