Sorry for not being active; I will be finishing my last AP test this afternoon, so I will then be able to participate.

If someone is able to make inferences from this, while I finish studying (while in a different class rip), please do so. I still have to make my protect, and I don't really know what's happening with this clue, so I would truly appreciate if someone could give me a quick rundown of our leads, so I am able to make a protect.

4 stars shouts someone that has four stars on the forums to me. Someone has a location that says somewhere over the rainbow, and that is also stated in the clues.
