Try knowing the successful missions, since they had actually accomplished a goal.

I saw that the sample test was essentially matching images to descriptions. So at regionals and states, should I just use cheat sheets with mostly images?

Yeah I think you can have just images on the cheat sheet. However there may be questions in the tests that won't require any pictures at all, such as the Theia and Earth impact.

You'll definitely want to know the properties of Venus, and some of the major craters and volcanoes, etc.

Based on prior solar system tests, do test proctors usually add a lot of information that isn't on the rules??

Because some of the prior test I have taken have asked about the sun.

I didn't know that proctors could add information not related to the rules. Was this Regionals?
