Seeing this makes me so depressed, ornithology was my second favorite event, right behind fossils... And now fossils is gone too!

I don't think this event is coming back until the distant future.. We have another year of forestry, then two years of entomology, then 2 years of herpetology or something like that before ornithology cycles back again.

That being said, would anyone be interested in continuing this thread just for fun?

I wouldn't mind, if it's not considered bringing back a dead thread. Now that you mention it, I do remember myself having trouble identifying bird calls and simple birds...a few nights ago, I almost forgot what the yellow-breasted chat looked like :?
