4. Where is this tree NATIVE to?

Edit: Oof. Sorry for super-big pic -wince- This is an easy one! (Well, maybe 'cause I used to have one in my backyard. :P)

Correct, though it's called the Peppertree by the Audubon guide. But as Peruvian Pepper is one of its names, it is accepted :)

Oh, and, did it have to be from the tree list? I'll remember that next time. Sorry. :]
