I was under the impression that Oak Valley Middle School won for B? One source said that their 6 teams swept the top six, not sure how reliable it is though

It looks like Wilbur Wright upset TJ and Raymond Park with a score of 27! Congrats to them!

The scioly.org wiki wrote:chalker, a member of the National Executive Board for Science Olympiad, first clarified in the thread that "while all the events will stay the same, there will likely be a few tweaks to some of the rules, particularly to address any rules clarification or FAQs that have come up this year," suggesting that slight rule changes were possible, although the rules changes were likely to be minimal so that this years' devices could be used to their greatest extent. You know, when I read that paragraph above on the wiki, I realized that most people wouldn't know which Chalker it was talking about because there are so many Chalkers... that's 'cause the SciOlyverse is Chalker's all the way down

(For reference, it's Alan Chalker)

Is this a glitch, or just for fun? I might have missed something I don't know?

Whoa, 2020? Yeah, that's gotta be some glitch because that's, like, 26 years from now. However, personally, I think Indiana 1994 is the second most exciting competition to ever hit Science Olympiad. I doubt anybody will see anything nearly as exciting, until, idk, 2014, probably in some other Midwestern state starting with the letter i...

yayyyyyyyyyyy congrats to Troy (CA) for upsetting La Jolla and making nationals for the very first time ever in this fine year of 1994-! :x πŸ‘πŸ‘ <3 🎊 (hyphen means no factorial yay) I predict that the next time they make nationals, they'll get first place and start a lasting tradition of getting first. Yes, I knowβ€”it's a bold prediction when this is their first year at nationals, but trust me, I've got a gut feeling that's so strong that my intestines are making SoCal memes already.

This happens between each SciOly season, but COVID-19 ended this season early, so we've basically already reached the "between." Moderators and admins, please don't hesitate if you'd like to move, delete, or even contribute to the fun.
