coelophysis has a thinner and longer skull and it's smaller and lighter than velociraptor. velociraptor has a small nostril. coelophysis has a longer tail. i hope you find this useful

if you know anyone who speaks...im guessing latin, maybe greek, you can try to figure out where the name originates from...and the meaning.

annularia and calamites are the same plant. annularia are the leaves and calamites is the bark...i dont know why they have different names...youd think they could just call the whole plant the same name, right

When they discovered them, they thought that they were two different plants.
It wasnt until later that they realized that they were just different parts of the same plant.

Could someone check to see if the geologic time scale portion of the wiki is correct? Because I'm getting some conflicting data.

But it still looks generally correct, what discrepancies are you seeing?

Is it Carboniferous period, or Pennsylvanian/Mississippian period?

And some of the info like Did land animals emerge during the silurian or devonian period?
