I've got SO much homework - especially when I'm busy - it's not even funny. I would never have time to go to Nats unless I was competing.

It's just a Saturday like any other tournament... And for me (in upper Illinois in the suburbs) it's not much of a drive only a few hours.

We get a lot on weekends too.

My teacher for math, science, and social studies gives most homework when I have dance and orchestra. And a bunch on weekends. We won't have money or time for the trip if we didn't make it to nats.

My team isn't going I am, so the schools not paying for it...

lucky....your schools at least pay for something....our schools don't pay for ANYTHING!! we have to book our hotels by ourselves, so like were all spread out and don't get group reservation discounts....we have our parents drive us to state....not like a bus like most schools have it.....
