Will do. But just out of curiosity, does identifying seeds come as naturally to everyone else?

I cringe inside when I see a seed pic on a test. Very difficult, but completely fair and definitely something to prepare for

They are uncommon in the tests I have seen, but as windu said they are totally fair. Yea if you want to get better at identifying things PRACTICE PRACTICE. A good tip would be to maybe start a quizzlet of just plant seeds (or see if someone made one) and practice ID for just seeds. You can apply that for any other ID you have trouble with. The seeds are difficult at first but with practice the obvious ones should come to you semi-easily.

I haven't really encountered seed ID, but my partner and I made a full scale ID guide at the front of our binder that includes eggs, flowers, leaves, seeds, etc. organized by color, kind of like a dichotomous key (except faster to flip through). This ID guide has helped tremendously when IDing honeysuckles (which are in abundance on the Pennsylvania States list).

That's because it's not legislation - it's regulation put in place by the executive branch, typically the USDA or USFWS and their branches
