Solon Spencer Beman (October 1, 1853 – April 23, 1914) was an American architect based in Chicago, Illinois and best known as the architect of the planned Pullman community and adjacent Pullman Company factory complex. Several of his other largest commissions, including the Pullman Office Building, Pabst Building, and Grand Central Station in Chicago, have since been demolished. Beman designed numerous Christian Science churches and influenced the design of countless more.
I think the quote might be referring to Meteorology, but that's just my opinion

Hmmm the fact that it's in Italian must mean something as well. I know Entomology likes Italian food but I don't think the Sassy would know that...

By the way, if any officers need replacing, I'd be happy to fill in
. I feel bad because I caused an extra hassle in the selecting of the sassy and I didn't even end up being an officer
Anyway, we really need to figure out this clue. So far it doesn't seem to clearly point to anyone.

Sorry to double post, but if you can't solve the clue, you'd be better off finding a VALID reason to protect yourselves, officers.
