In Italian, "il freddo non mi ha mai disturbato comunque" translates to "the cold never bothered me anyway." All I can think of is a frozen reference, but I really don't think that's the answer to the clue.

By the way, if any officers need replacing, I'd be happy to fill in 
. I feel bad because I caused an extra hassle in the selecting of the sassy and I didn't even end up being an officer
