How do you tell the insects in the Genus Anoplophora apart?

They don't exist except at university libraries and even then you are lucky to even find a book on invasives that is relevant. Use wikipedia

1. Your school librarians can interlibrary loan any of those resources that are pretty much only found at undergraduate libraries. However, I literally just did this, and the reference I ended up receiving wasn't helpful for our purposes. If you find any good ones, sure, share! I'm not sure whether they exist or not, though. In theory, there'd be a section on invasive species in an ecology text somewhere, but I'm not sure where to look.

2. Wikipedia does have technical errors occasionally, but, for our purposes here in SO, it's an excellent resource for an introduction to virtually anything. Having said that, I don't think it's as good a resource for this event because the pages for the specimens aren't always populated. The invasive-specific Web sites are, moreso.

Hey guys, I thought I'd just jump into the thread because I will also be participating in Invasive Species this year.

I noticed the same problem as mentioned in an earlier post with the plant taxonomy. I've been finding online that some (most) of them simply have the Phylum Magnoliophyta, and the Class Magnoliopsida? Is this what you guys have been putting down? I've been able to find everything else Taxonomy-wise.

I'm almost done with my simple identification pages, and am going to start finding more information on all the species in probably a week. Our team will (most likely) go to the National Competition, as we almost always have the past years, and I'm hoping to possibly increase our overall 52nd place from last year...
