Tennessee results from last Saturday (4/11) have been appealed and are under review. In C, the top 3 teams were separated by just 7 points in the original scoring, so the appeal could affect the bid(s?) to Nationals.

How come some states are 2 days long? For example, it says that Illinois State Competition was from the 17-18?

Some states hold events across both days; TX usually has builds go on Friday and the study/lab events on Saturday, for example. I believe that is relatively new for Illinois, though, so I'm not sure how they split their events up.
