Why is ATP used instead of GTP, CTP, TTP, etc.?

There probably was some sort of feedback loop. ATP probably was produced a bit more than the others and thus became implemented.

It was a good try, but the answer is actually just due to evolution. All types produce the same amount. Your turn!

Yeah...Apparently like the cells started with ATP and they're sticking to ATP. :)

What role do telomeres/telomerase play in cancer cells' DNA?
Bonus thought: How could this help in finding a cure for cancer?

No problem!
They help them replicate (I know, very vague), This could help by scientists seeing the patterns of DNA in each cancer cell
