Sorry! I forgot to post

Bergschrunds have two ice walls, but I don't think they are higher. Randklufts are gaps between the glacier itself and the valley headwall (i.e. the rock face at the back of the cirque); bergschrunds are big crevasses that separate ice "clinging" to the valley headwall in a cirque from the rest of the glacier, so they appear farther down the glacier

EDIT: the next question is ceg7654's question

This was a question on the Mesa Robles Division B Invitational test(written by PacificGoldenPlover)

The lee side, because that is where the lower pressure is.

Describe one theory on how drumlins may form

Drumlins form when till is trapped and smoothed under ice sheets. They are usually found in low-lying areas and show the direction of ice movement.

Was looking for a little more detail, but I'll give it to you. I think my question was rather vague anyway

Your turn!

Does anyone know how to find mass balance/glacial budget from just a cross-section of a glacier? Something to do with dividing the cross-section into several blocks, it was on last year's Michigan State DP test. I searched for it and came up with nothing.

What are the types of moraines? Describe how they form and where on/near a glacier.
