Using them instead of he or she when it is not an"it" but gender is not known is fairly common (although ,yes, technically grammatically incorrect), so I dont think that points to anything (although it should not be ruled out).

My line of thinking is that the clue was pointing to pennsylvannia, which is south of french canada, west of the great island NYC, north of the FIRST of the 13 (virginia), and to the west of PA is, well, the west.
Pennsylvannia could point to Alphatauri, or really anyone else from there.

Yeah, I know it is a girl, forever didn't even realize that she gave it away until I told everyone.

I found out that the sassy was a girl a few days before this game started. Forever could possibly have made a last second change when she saw that I was on the right track. But knowing forever I highly doubt that she changed the sassy. This may also be a reason why only the first two officers earned accusations.

This sounds very plausible. But do you guys think the whole empty coffin and dark clouds thing was just there for ominous effect or could it have meant something? This is a stretch, but dark clouds could obscure stars meaning Alphatauri can't stargaze.

I protect alphatauri for the reasons I gave above.
hope the rest of the clue was just adding to the storyline.

Can you turn on the signature by selecting "Attach a signature" below the post, or is that not an option in the mobile version? Anyway, one could have brought a laptop to such an event and used that to make a post.

EDIT: Also, the sassy's first post was made at 8:30 PM Central time, not 7:30. The timestamp is wrong because the daylight savings adjustment is out of whack. For example, it says I made this post at 1:55 PM, although the (correct) clock on my desk says 2:55 PM.

Ah, but then I would surely have been smited (if that's the proper tense) by the director of NHS. ;) (I should really stop trying to defend myself, but I can't help it... oh well.)

Oh, well, then I have no case. *shrug*
