Mmm, I feel like it's a bit of a reach with the bridge, but it's still possible. Also, steel was a very important industry in Bethlehem, PA, close to East Stroudsburg and other Monroe County/ Lehigh Valley users (e.g. binary and lolliexdd), and also kind of close to Philly too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bethlehem_Steel

This clue isn't ambiguous, for what the clue refers to has to deal with steel and be something that people jump off of. In addition, the solution has to directly relate to a person associated with the assassination games, and the only solution that met both of those requirements was IdahoSciGuy's.
